Treatment of Callers

Each caller deserves to be treated like he is a VIP - because he is! There are a million other companies that he could have called - we're very fortunate that he selected us!

Never put your caller on hold, never EAT while you're on a call, don't try to watch TV at the same time - you get the picture. Focus on him and the call and it will pay off!

No typing at all during your call - it distracts you and you'd be surprised what your caller can hear!

Don't try to watch TV or pay attention to anything else distracting while you're on a call... your caller will be able to tell!

 

 

Every caller deserves your complete, undivided attention. Be nice and interested in him and he'll be glad he called!
