Top 5 Do's and Don'ts for Your Calls

DO'S
|

DON'TS
|
| 1. DO start all of your calls in a friendly voice! Wait until a little later in the call for your bedroom voice. You don't want to scare him away, or shorten your call. |
1. DON'T begin your calls in a super-sexy voice! If you sound like you're in bed and ultra-horny, there is NO PLACE for your call to go but straight into SEX. |
| |
|
| 2. DO realize that every caller is different and treat them that way. Listen carefully to your caller and tailor your call to each individual you speak with. |
2. DON'T go faster than your caller goes FIRST. Stay right with him, maybe even a step behind... let him feel as though he's directing the action. If you go faster than him, you're shortening your call... |
| |
|
| 3. DO give your caller your complete attention. If you're eating, watching tv, typing on your computer or anything else that takes your attention away from what your caller is saying, he's going to be able to tell... don't make this simple mistake! |
3. DON'T ignore opportunities to make conversation! if your caller gives you any information about himself, ask for more! This is the best way to get under his skin - better than anything you can interject into the conversation. |
| |
|
4. DO have a bit of plan for the beginning of your calls. For example: if you start your call with "Hi Jeff, I'm Brenda.." and just sit there and wait for him to talk, you leave yourself open to very early sexual advances. Much better: "Hi Jeff, I'm Brenda... so where are you calling me from?" Now, unless Jeff is VERY insistent, the topic will become Jeff's location.
|
4. DON'T ask the "call-shortening questions" like "What's on your mind?", "What are you thinking about?" or "What can I do for you?" early in the call... you already probably have a good idea of why he called. There's no need to push the issue and turn the conversation to sex within the first few minutes. |
| |
|
| 5. DO ask open-ended questions. Ask questions that require more than a yes or no answer... people normally love to talk about themselves if you seem sincerely interested. Remember this at all times on these calls and watch the minutes add up! |
5. Don't skip subjects quickly. When you ask one question about where he lives, then right after ask one or two questions about where he works, then skip immediately to what he looks like, it's obvious that you're searching for something to talk about. It's much better to ask not only where he lives, but try to spend even more time on that topic.. |
