Visit our IC Minutes Reporting site to check your stats by going to www.icminutes.com. The first screen you'll see looks like this:

Start date is the earliest date you want to see on the report

Period to show is the number of days you want to include in the report

If you choose Summary under report type, the report will show only your totals for each day. If you choose Detail, it will show each individual call.

IC ID is your extension number

The Password for this site should have been given to you in your "All Set Up" email - the same email that initially gave you your extension number. Please let me know if I forgot to include it!

The report is pretty easy to understand - the first column is the date and time the call ended, ANI will always be blank, DNIS is the code that identifies what number the caller dialed, Minutes is the call length, and everything is totalled for you at the bottom.

Calls less than 60 seconds in length do not count against your hold time and will not appear on this report.

PLEASE NOTE: the current day's stats will not appear online until after 9am the following day!

Also, the website will show ALL CALLS that you have taken, including calls less than one minute! In your final payout, those calls will not be counted. You are not paid for calls less than one minute, and they don't count against your hold time.

Also, make sure you enter the www. at the beginning of the address. If you don't, you'll be taken to a similar-looking site, but your information will not be there!
