There are three ways that callers can pay their way into our system; credit card, 900 number, or direct billing. The vast majority of your callers will come in via credit card, with a few 900 and VERY few direct bill calls...

Regardless of payment method, once the caller is verified he is asked whether he'd like to browse the voice menu, or simply be transferred to the next available girl. Over 90% of callers choose to go through the voice menu (the messages you record at the 888 login number), but a few guys do ask to just be transferred at random.

If he hears and likes your greeting, and he presses 9, he'll be connected with you. Callers that choose to be transferred at random will be sent to the available operator with the highest hold time.

This is yet another reason to ALWAYS make an effort to keep your callers on the call for as long as possible. Not only will your calls be much more profitable and your callers happier, you'll receive more calls.

Be sure that you're close to your phone and answering quickly. If you miss calls, the computer will log you out. If you miss calls habitually, the computer will stop sending calls to your extension.
